How To - Dashboard


The dashboard within Product Manager provides you with an overview of how many products iOrder currently recognises and does not recognise, as well as recent activities and synchronisation information.

Aztec syncs with iOrder every morning between 4am-7am, meaning that any new products built within Aztec become available to configure after the sync time.

 

For this reason, it is advised to build products within Aztec in advance of products needing to be placed on a menu.

 

 

  • Configured Products: Products that have been configured to be sellable on iOrder.

  • Unconfigured Products: Products within the Aztec data base that have not been configured to be sellable in iOrder.

  • Sellable Products: Configured Products + Unconfigured Products = Sellable Products

  • Last Synchronised: This is to indicate the last communication with Aztec. Products will need to of been built in Aztec the day before to be seen on iOrder.

  • Activity Log: Shows us all activity within product manager.
